His pillows aren’t the only thing filled with fluff.

A federal judge reportedly dismissed MyPillow CEO salesman Mike Lindell’s defamation lawsuits against election technology companies Smartmatic Corp. and Dominion Voting Systems, ruling the cases were “frivolous.”

That judge in Washington, D.C., also ordered the conspiracy theory spouting executive to pay some of Smartmatic’s legal fees Thursday. Lindell’s home state paper, Minnesota’s Star Tribune, reports that U.S. District Judge Carl Nichols found Lindell’s claims against Smartmatic “asserted at least some groundless claims.”

According to the court, Lindell’s legal team did not demonstrate that there was a conspiracy against their client or that he was defamed.

The 60-year-old conservative is a loyal supporter of former President Donald Trump and insists the 2020 presidential election was somehow rigged. There’s no reason to believe that theory is true.

Lindell reportedly said he’s not sure if he’ll appeal Nichols’ ruling. He filed his suits in response to Dominion and Smartmatic suing him over claims that technologies they oversee were instrumental in helping Joe Biden defeat Trump to become the nation’s 46th president.

Lindell had wanted $1.6 million from Dominion and Smartmatic. Dominion seeks $1.3 billion from the beddings company CEO. Smartmatic says in its suit against Lindell that the company’s value dropped from $3 billion to $1 billion in light of the narrative being pushed by him and others.
