It was about 10:20 p.m. Tuesday when the teen driver, lost in the neighborhood, made a wrong turn in the four-door Lexus he was driving and ended up in a canal, police told WPLG. The other teen was walking in the area with his mother, saw the car plunge into the water, and jumped in after it. He did not surface.
