Hughes and Stanley county voters who want to go to the polls tomorrow (June 7, 2022) have five locations to pick from.

Hughes County uses vote centers– meaning residents are able to vote at any of the locations, rather than being required to go to one specific spot. The vote centers are located at:

  1. Faith Lutheran Church, Pierre
  2. New Life Assembly of God Church, Pierre
  3. Capitol Lake Visitors Center, Pierre
  4. Blunt Community Center, Blunt
  5. Harrold City Auditorium, Harrold

The Hughes County vote centers will be open from 7am-7pm CT.

Polls in Stanley County are open 7am-7pm Mountain Time (8am-8pm CT). The three polling locations there are located at the:

  1. Pat Duffy Community and Youth Involved Center in Fort Pierre for residents of Precinct 1.
  2. McQuistion Farmstead Shop Building in rural Stanley County for residents of Precinct 2.
  3. Hayes Hall in Hayes for those who live in Precinct 3.

Remember to bring a photo ID with you when you go vote.

DRG Media Group will have election results on the air tomorrow evening as information becomes available.

You can find voter information on the South Dakota Secretary of State’s website (sdsos.gov).
