The Tennessee Titans made a huge splash on the first night of the 2022 NFL draft when they traded wide receiver A.J. Brown to the Philadelphia Eagles in exchange for two picks, one of which they used to select Arkansas wide receiver Treylon Burks (No. 18 overall).

Burks has a similar skill set to Brown’s, as he plays with great physicality, has underrated speed, and he can line up all over the field. What we don’t know about Burks is how quickly he’ll acclimate to the NFL.

And that’s important because trading Brown left a gaping hole in the Titans’ offense that won’t easily be filled.

Here’s a look at what Burks will look like in a Titans uniform, courtesy of Designs By Heston on Instagram.

Burks wore No. 16 in college, but at the moment that number is taken by wide receiver Cody Hollister, who was signed to a futures deal earlier this offseason.

We would assume Burks won’t have any issues getting the number from his new teammate. Whether or not it costs the Titans rookie any money remains to be seen, though.

While the Titans won’t outright say it, the team desperately needs Burks to contribute in a big way in 2022.

However, expectations should be tempered, as rookie wide receivers are no lock to make an impact in their first season, and especially when it comes to the kind of major contribution Tennessee needs.
