We are still under the influence of dry high pressure as winds will pick up tomorrow giving us a Fire Weather Warning, whereas conditions are critical for fire danger spreading rapidly.
Light winds 5-10 today increasing from the southwest 20+mph tomorrow
Highs today busting into the mid-upper 80’s for the mountains and low-to-mid 90’s for the Snake River Plain. 95 in Salmon and 85 in Island Park. Mostly sunny and even warmer for some tomorrow, still in the 90’s before a relatively dry front slows down the warmth and take us to the low 90’s and upper 80’s .
It will be windy tomorrow before the “cool down”.
