One man’s family is hoping for answers as Sioux Falls Police continue to investigate the death of Joshua Allen Jr. Allen was killed during a shooting at Dunham Park on the west side of Sioux falls 4 weeks ago.
A 32-year-old man appeared in court on Monday accused of aggravated assault and kidnapping. Police believe the incident started with a disagreement between Robin Swallow and the victim.
