STANSBURY, Ind. — Officials with the Buck Creek Township Fire Department, along with other first responder entities, were dispatched to a house fire in the Stansbury neighborhood Sunday morning.
According to a post on the department’s Facebook page, officials responded to a house fire on Attleburg Drive in Stansbury early Sunday morning. When officials first responded to the fire, heavy smoke and fire were found coming from the back of the home.
The post read that all residents and pets were out of the home safely and the fire was quickly under control. Officials encouraged individuals to use caution in the area, due to crews still working in the area.
“BCTFD would like to extend gratitude to the neighboring departments that helped get this blaze under control quickly,” the post read.
