  • Neglect of a Depending Resulting in Serious Bodily Injury, a Level 3 Felony

According to court documents, Bullington dropped the victim off on Aug. 21, 2024 to a relative’s home. The relative noticed that the child could not put any weight on their legs.

The relative described that they tried to straighten the child’s leg but it was,”the loudest scream that she has ever heard…”

The relative contacted Bullington and reportedly said the child needed to be taken to the hospital. Bullington went to the home to pick up the child but did not go to the hospital until the next day.

The doctors at the hospital informed the Lebanon Police Department they believed the broken tibia was inflicted.
