It only takes four seconds for an adult to sink knee-deep into flowing grain, and in 2022 there were 15 fatalities from grain entrapments in the nation. Because of this, a Salem high schooler decided to host a simulation to help educate her community on how to handle being stuck in a grain bin.
We had some active weather overnight in the form of some thunderstorms that were able to develop and move through south-central KELOLAND…including one severe storm that produced a 77 mph gust near Winner.
