Dax Shepard‘s latest confession has us frozen for more.
The Parenthood alum told Anna Kendrick that, in the 15 years he’s known his wife Kristen Bell, Anna has been the only person to make her jealous.
“She has only had jealousy over a single human, and it’s been you,” Dax revealed to the Pitch Perfect star on the Jan. 9 episode of his Armchair Expert podcast. “I’d never seen it. It blew my mind.”
“Kristen was like, ‘Who is this other short person?'” he recalled. “‘Oh, so she can sing like that too? I’m already here. We got another one.'”
However, The Good Place star has no shame about her past green-eyed monster, giving her husband—who she married in 2013 and shares daughters, Lincoln, 9 and Delta, 8 with— permission to tell the story to Anna.
“I wanna preface it by that—in the 15 years I’ve known Kristen, she’s had nothing but benevolence for everyone,” Dax continued. “She monitored you, recognized how brilliant you were, lost some roles to you, and slowly processed the whole thing, and has nothing but wonderful feelings for you. But you’re the only person who ever made her jealous that I witnessed.”
