SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) — After 30 days of competition, the Downtown Sioux Falls Pork Showdown has its champion.
Crawford’s was named the champions Wednesday morning. Crawford’s beat the competition with their bourbon apple pork.
The winning dish was grilled pork tenderloin, smoked and braised pork belly, house-made apple butter, bourbon apple gastrique, mashed potato, cinnamon bourbon apple, smoked carrot, pickled onion, spiced pecan & cranberry apple caviar.
More than 6,000 pork dishes were sold among the competitors in the pork showdown.
