· Wednesday’s column by Clarence Page on the Emmett Till murder case contained an inaccurate description of Mississippi law against kidnapping. In the 1950s there was a statute of limitations on prosecuting such cases. Today there is no such statute of limitations. The Tribune regrets the error.
