Expect cloudy skies and damp conditions out-the-door to begin your Monday morning. The severe threat has ended, as we are now behind the cold front and that will be felt all day. A few sprinkles may be around this morning, but most of the day will stay dry. Temperatures at sunrise (7:30 a.m.) will hold in the lower 40s.
This afternoon will be heavy with cloud cover, breezy winds, a spot shower and cooler temperatures. A break in the clouds may happen from time to time, but a heavier coat will be needed with highs only reaching the middle 40s.
Tonight, skies clear and frost conditions are expected by sunrise Tuesday, with lows reaching the lower 30s.
Tuesday brings a new month, sunshine and back to near seasonal temperatures by late afternoon. Clouds will increase by late afternoon but dry weather will hold for Opening Day for our Indianapolis Indians…cool for the evening but dry.
More storms to return on Wednesday, along with warmer temperatures returning to the 70s.
