3rd CD candidate Rebecca Cooke’s campaign has released a new six-figure ad casting the Eau Claire Dem as a moderate and U.S. Rep. Derrick Van Orden, R-Prairie du Chien, as extreme.
The 30-second spot will air this week on TV in the La Crosse and Wausau markets and on digital streaming platforms.
The ad shows Cooke on her family’s farm in Eau Claire.
“It seems that everyone in Washington is either too far left or too far right. I’m Rebecca Cooke, and like most folks in Wisconsin, I’m somewhere in the middle,” Cooke says. “I’ll stand up to Democrats to fight for a secure border and stop wasteful spending. I’ll stand up to extremists like Derrick Van Orden who want to ban all abortion with no exceptions.”
