Cold front hits the warm air and blows up some showers/storms into the central mountains and Salmon. Don’t rule out a strong thunderstorm, gusty winds and small hail. Winds through the area will blow from the SW 15-25 mph and gusting to beyond 30 mph. Some rogue showers are possible but this is mainly a lousy weather day into the mountain areas. The Snake River Plain will be overcast, warmer than yesterday, into the mid to upper 60’s, and windy.

Highs in the mountains are going to be in the lower 50’s. Storms into tomorrow night and Thursday for all of us. Windy conditions continue with gray skies and highs remain in the 60’s until Friday.
