Luke Dunn continued his steady play going 10-18 for 90 yards.Chase Herbstreit had another strong performance in a losing effort. The sophomore was 13-22 for 122 yards and a touchdown. Gage Patrick led the rushing attack with 133 yards on the ground for the Bombers. Jamaal Sharpcaught six passes for 66 yards.#2 ELDER 31, #7 MILFORD 6Jack Reuter rushed for 117 yards and two touchdowns as Elder got a balanced effort to push past Milford at The Pit on Friday night. The Panthers also got a touchdown run from tailback Luke Flowers and quarterback Ben Schoster connected with Luke Autenreib for a touchdown reception. Schoster was 12-15 for 128 yards on the night.The Elder defense nearly pitched a shutout as they did not allow a score until 1:35 to go in the ball game. This was an impressive feat as Milford is known for a high scoring offense of their own.
