We thought it was a great space,” said Joe Lanni, who is co-owner of Pepp & Delores, alongside his brothers, John, and Alex Blust.The Lanni brothers are Italian and said the inspiration for the restaurant came from their Italian heritage. The restaurant is named after their grandparents, who went by Pepp and Dolores.“It’s really a tribute to them. It’s a tribute to the sense of hospitality that we felt every time that we would go to their home and have a meal or any kind of family gathering,” Joe Lanni said.He said the sense of hospitality is a philosophy that they’re trying to have seeped into their core business every day.The menu is pasta-focused, but appetizers, salads, sides and bread are also available. Some of the sides include meatballs, porchetta and eggplant involtini.
