In what has become an annual tradition, NBC Sports’ Chris Simms ranked his top-40 quarterbacks ahead of the coming season, with Tennessee Titans quarterback Will Levis included in them.

Levis certainly showed flashes in Year 1, but the jury is still out on him being the Titans’ long-term solution. Part of the reason it was difficult to gauge Levis’ rookie campaign was because of the horrid supporting cast he had.

But that will change this year, as Titans general manager Ran Carthon has made several additions to the offense, and most importantly at wide receiver and along the offensive line. That will go a long way toward helping the Titans determine if Levis is “the guy” in 2024.

Until Levis fully proves himself, expect him to land low in quarterback rankings moving forward. However, he didn’t do too badly in Simms’ rankings, which are as follows:
