A crash near the Desert Hills Premium Outlets in Cabazon on the 10 Freeway sent 12 people to the hospital, authorities said.
CalFire in Riverside County reported the crash at 11 a.m. on the eastbound 10 Freeway near Malki Road.
Authorities originally said there were 20 patients.
The California Highway Patrol was handling the wreck.
All passengers’ injuries were said to be non life-threatening, ranging from minor to moderate.
Video from the scene showed a Greyhound bus on the side of the road as authorities diverted traffic.
