South Philly: Takeout-only South Sichuan is open, serving an array of regional dishes, including cold sesame noodles, beef noodle soup, lo mein, three-cup chicken, and mapo tofu. There’s also a choose-a-protein section that allows customers to pick among cumin, black bean, salt-and-pepper, and kung pao seasonings. University City: Neurosurgeon Hamza Shaikh and his wife Farah Khan have opened Haraz Coffee House, the first Yemeni coffee house in the city. Inspiration came from their visit to a Yemeni coffee house in Paterson, New Jersey. The couple is franchising the location with Hamzah Nasser, founder of Haraz. The chain comes from Dearborn, Michigan, and now has 26 locations. Current hours are 7 a.m. to 6 p.m., with plans to open until 10 p.m. There are apparently lines already. 3421 Chestnut Street
