In the wake of reports out of Springfield, Ohio, that Haitian immigrants have eaten someone’s pet cat, and others had been seen eating swans and ducks in public parks, the AZGOP has launched a new billboard campaign, calling attention to what the Party says is the “urgent need for border security and the dangers of unchecked illegal immigration.”
The billboard campaign comes ahead of President Trump’s visit to Arizona this Thursday.
The billboard reads, “EAT LESS KITTENS – Vote Republican!”
The AZGOP says that communities across the nation have been “rattled by disturbing stories involving illegal migrants and unsafe, unthinkable behavior that has no place in American towns. The AZGOP’s latest billboard is a humorous, but sobering reminder of the stakes involved in the fight for secure borders and safe communities.”
“We’re not going to sit idly by while our communities are overrun by tens of thousands of ‘newcomers’ imported by Kamala Harris, who have no interest in assimilating into our culture and have no regard for the laws of the United States,” said AZGOP Chair Gina Swoboda. “Our newest billboard highlights just how horrific things have become under the failed policies of ‘Border Czar’ Kamala Harris. President Trump is committed to securing our borders and ensuring that what we’ve seen elsewhere does not become the norm in our country.”
Trump will deliver remarks at an event at the Tucson Music Hall, located at 260 S. Church Ave, on September 12, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. (Doors open at 11:00 a.m.).
