SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) — An 18-year-old Rapid City man has been arrested in connection with a shooting that happened in October in western South Dakota.
The Pennington County Sheriff’s Office says Travis Chipps was arrested Friday on a charge of attempted murder in relation shooting.
The shooting happened at the 4200 block of Apple Tree Road in Rapid Valley on October 4.
