RAPID CITY, S.D. (KELO) — New this morning an update to a story we first brought you on Monday.
Two adults have been arrested for their involvement in a shooting on December 27th. Roman Venegas and David Venegas have felony gun and assault charges pending. This comes after gun shots rang out near the 800 block of Jackson Boulevard. Police believe the incident began around skyline drive where they found around 20 casings. A third juvenile male has also been detained for his involvement.
