SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) — Tribal authorities arrested a man and woman in connection to a deadly stabbing on the Pine Ridge Reservation.
The Oglala Sioux Tribe Department of public safety says first responders were called to a home in Pine Ridge just after 2 a.m. Sunday. Officers arriving on scene found a man on the porch with a stab wound. They tried to save him but he died from his injuries.
Officials said the investigation led an officer to the home were the assault happened. Tribal authorities are working with the FBI to investigate the stabbing.
