A 16-year-old in the passenger seat of the Honda was taken to Bethesda North Hospital with minor injuries. A female in the backseat was taken by Careflight to Cincinnati Children’s Hospital with serious injuries. The left rear passenger’s identity is still being investigated, OSP said.The 81-year-old driver of the Chrysler 200 was treated at the scene for minor injuries. The accident remains under investigation by the Lebanon Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol.
