SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) — The Minnehaha County State’s Attorney’s office has filed additional charges in connection with a Sioux Falls rape investigation.
Kyle Huff is accused of raping a woman for several years. Court documents say the victim didn’t have clothing or shoes. A neighbor tells us she wasn’t allowed to leave his apartment.
Huff is being held on a $200,000 cash only bond.
Amanda Huff was initially charged with domestic abuse. A second complaint was filed today. She is also charged with abuse or neglect of a disabled adult and misprision of a felony, or concealing a crime.
KELOLAND’s Karlee Phillips will hear from the neighbor who contacted authorities about the suspicious activity that was happening in the apartment next door, leading to both arrests.
