SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) — Aberdeen Police are asking for your help in finding a wanted woman.
Ciara Ochotorena, 31, is wanted for rape, sexual exploitation of a minor, and disseminating material harmful to minors.
Court documents say the alleged crimes happened between June 1 and Aug. 14 of this year. Documents also say they involve 13 and 14-year-old children.
