While there is only one member of the Tennessee Titans’ 2020 draft class on the initial 53-man roster, there will be at least one more on the practice squad.
According to Justin Melo of The Draft Network, the Titans are bringing 2020 fifth-round pick and defensive lineman Larrell Murchison back on the practice squad. Murchison was among 29 cuts on the final cutdown day on Tuesday.
Murchison, who has been a disappointing after two seasons, failed to grab one of the seven defensive line spots on the Titans’ initial 53-man roster.
The NC State product will now start the year on Tennessee’s practice squad, but there’s a chance he could be elevated for gamedays if need be, and he could earn a promotion at some point in the season.
