* WHAT…Areas of rain with embedded thunderstorms pushing
northeast out of northern Utah. Localized strong wind gusts
between 40 and 50 mph could occur.
* WHERE…Southwest Wyoming including Big Piney, Green River, Kemmerer,
Pinedale, and Rock Springs.
* WHEN…Through 230 AM.
