THE DEATH TOLL NOW STANDS AT 28 LIVES LOST AND THAT NUMBER, IS STILL EXPECTED TO RISE. COLIN: DOZENS OF KENTUCKIANS ARE STILL UNACCOUNTED FOR. THE GOVERNMENT — THE GOVERNOR MADE STOPS OVER THE WEEKEND. MORE THAN 600 PEOPLE HAVE BEEN RESCUED BY AIR ALONE. MORE THAN 60 PEOPLE STILL DO NOT HAVE POWER AND THOUSANDS DO NOT HAVE ACCESS TO WATER. The Cincinnati Police Department says one man has died after a stabbing early Saturday in Oakley.Officials say around 1 a.m., District 2 officers and personnel from the Cincinnati Fire Department responded to he 3400 block of Cardiff Avenue for a reported stabbing.Watch the latest headlines in the video player above for Aug. 1 Authorities say arriving responders found a man, 41-year-old Michael Lamb, suffering from a stab wound to the torso.Police say Lamb was pronounced dead at the scene.Officials ask anyone with information is asked to call the CPD Homicide Unit at 513-352-3542.
