POCATELLO, Idaho (KIFI) – One of the biggest crowds of the season saw another great performance by the Gate City Grays Monday night at Halliwell Park. The Grays dominated the Idaho Cutthroats for a 13-3 win to improve to 17-4 on the season.
A two-out rally ignited the Grays bats in the 1st inning. A pair of RBI doubles by Garret Beckman and Thomas Anderson jumpstarted Gate City to a 2-0 advantage.
The Grays would run away with it from there, scoring 13 runs for the double-digit victory.
Next up, it’s a quick turnaround for the Grays, as they’ll travel to Smithfield and face the Blue Sox Tuesday night at 7:30 p.m.
