SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) According to court documents, a Sioux Falls man is accused of grooming and soliciting a 15-year-old child.
37-year-old Matthew Hursh is charged with three counts of solicitation of a minor.

South Dakota’s Division of Criminal Investigation handled the case. The Attorney General’s Office did not say how Hursh met or contacted the alleged victim. The indictment says the allegations date back to March and June of 2024.
Hursh made his first court appearance on Monday morning, and the judge lowered his bond from $50,000 cash to $5,000 cash.
