BROOKINGS, S.D. (KELO) — The SDSU women’s basketball team is heading back to the NCAA Tournament and is a No. 10 seed in this year’s field. The Jackrabbits will play Oklahoma State on Saturday.
The game will be played in Storrs, Connecticut. The tip-off time is yet to be announced.
South Dakota State capped off its third straight undefeated Summit League campaign with the conference tournament title last Sunday. Now, the Jacks will be making their 13th appearance in the Big Dance in the last 17 years. They have won at least one tournament game four times and reached the Sweet 16 back in 2019.
State is 29-3 this season and rides a 19-game winning streak into March Madness. In the non-conference, SDSU defeated Creighton, Wisconsin, Oregon and MAC champion Ball State.
