INDIANAPOLIS — Officers with the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department are on the scene of a reported shooting on the east side of Indianapolis.
At around 1:55 p.m. on Friday, officers with IMPD’s east district responded to a report of a person shot in the 8000 block of E Washington St.
When officers arrived, the department said that they located a man who had a gunshot wound-related injury. The man was reported to be awake and breathing.
