SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) — A house was destroyed in a fire that started in a garage on Tuesday, the Minnehaha County Sheriff’s Office said.
A garage fire was reported in the 484th Avenue and 246th Street area. County deputies said when they arrived, the garage was engulfed and the fire had spread to the house.
All occupants of the house safely evacuated.
Emergency personnel responded from the Jasper Fire Department, Trent Fire Department, Dell Rapids Fire Department, Garretson Fire Department, Emergency Management, and EMT personnel.
