INDIANAPOLIS — A crash on the west side left a person dead Thursday night.
According to the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department, officers were called around 6:51 p.m. to the 9000 block of Rockville Road on the report of a personal injury crash.
IMPD confirmed this incident involved a collision between a motorcycle and a vehicle. The motorcyclist was confirmed to be dead on the scene. Our FOX59/CSB4 crew on the scene observed a vehicle with heavy rear-end damage.
IMPD said its fatal crash investigation team would investigate the circumstances that led to Thursday’s deadly crash further.
