Fire officials in the Black Hills are sending out a warning about high winds following 2 fires Thursday morning.


Crews were called to a fire south of McGee Fire Thursday morning.


It has been a windy day across KELOLAND with snow affecting areas to the east as an Alberta Clipper system passes. Winter Weather Advisories are in effect for Northeast South Dakota and southwest Minnesota as snow continues going into the rest of this afternoon. Accumulations will be light, but the evening commute could be messy as areas mainly north of I-90 are reporting icy conditions with blowing snow.
