INDIANAPOLIS – A person arrived at an Indianapolis hospital early Tuesday after being shot.
According to the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department, officers were dispatched IU Health Hospital overnight.
IMPD believes the shooting happened in the 1100 block of E. 17th St. around 12:30 a.m.
Police didn’t disclose the extent of the victim’s injuries or the circumstances surrounding the shooting.
The case remains under investigation.
