A 28-year-old is facing a murder charge for stabbing another man at an apartment in Box Elder. According to a news release from the Pennington County Sheriff’s office, Joseph Poor Thunder Jr., of Rapid City, was arrested and taken to Pennington County Jail.
The first segment of South Veterans Parkway in Sioux Falls is officially open for drivers. Monday morning, drivers could finally use the two-mile stretch of South Veterans Parkway between Cliff and Western Avenue.
