INDIANAPOLIS — The Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department is investigating a shooting that occurred on the near northeast side Thursday evening.
According to IMPD, officers were called to the 3300 block of Brouse Avenue around 6:36 p.m. Upon arrival, they discovered a victim with injuries consistent with gunshot wounds. That victim is reported to be in serious condition.
The conditions leading up to the shooting have not been provided at this time.
