A Sioux Falls man says a stranger’s actions at a restaurant saved his life. It all started on a night in late October. Byron Nogelmeier was at the Brandon Steakhouse when he heard a commotion over his shoulder.


A motorist is behind bars for what police are calling a “crash-spree” near downtown Sioux Falls early Thursday morning.


Don’t get excited about big snow, but “some” snow is possible. Right now, it’s still about a 50/50 shot of a quick slushy coating of snow on the backside of the storm. It’s November, so we shouldn’t be surprise to see at least a chance of snow.
