SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) — A convicted sex offender admits to breaking the law again.
Tuesday, 60-year-old Theodore Jungbauer, of Beresford, entered a guilty plea in a federal child porn case.
When he’s sentenced, he faces 15 to 40 years behind bars.
Jungbauer is on the South Dakota Sex Offender Registry for a 2014 child pornography conviction.
