INDIANAPOLIS — “America’s Got Talent” winner and Terre Haute native Richard Goodall has announced that he will be singing the national anthem at Gainbridge Fieldhouse ahead of an upcoming Pacers game.
Goodall made the announcement on Facebook Thursday where he said he was “excited” by the opportunity to sing the anthem ahead of the Pacers game versus the Miami Heat on Sunday, Nov. 17. The game tips off at 5 p.m.
“This just in!!! November 17th Indianapolis and the pacers I’ll be singing the national anthem at the pacers game at 5pm!” The social media post read. “So excited about these and many other opportunities. Can’t wait to sing in indy.”
Goodall was victorious in last season’s “America’s Got Talent” where he secured the $1 million prize following the conclusion of its two-hour showcase on Sept. 24.
