SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) — The blender and founder of a bourbon brand visited Williquor’s in Sioux Falls as part of a market visit.
Dixon Dedman started 2XO in 2022 and says that the brand’s goal is to amplify flavors in their bourbon.
“So 2XO is a program about building complexity across the palate you know kind of weight and viscosity to the bourbon that makes it a little more palatable little more drinkable a little more approachable, a little more enjoyable I think,” said Dixon Dedman.
Dedman revived a family brand of whisky in 2014, which inspired him to move forward with 2XO, which he hopes to one day pass on to his children. 2XO can be purchased at Williquor’s.
