SIOUX FALLS S.D. (KELO) — The name of a man that died in a crash Saturday has been released by the Department of Safety.
Dell Felstet, 33, was driving a 2012 Ford Escape and traveling west on 175th Street near 445th Avenue. The vehicle left the roadway, rolled, and entered a slough, coming to rest on its roof in the slough west of the intersection, according to a news release.
Felstet died of his injuries at the scene. He was not using a seatbelt.
