Yes, the Titans won, and yes Brian Callahan made some adjustments during the week, but there are still a lot of issues to contend with on the field. The Titans nearly succumbed to yet another second-half collapse this week, managing to escape without a collapse thanks to Amani Hooker. It was a better outing than we’ve seen from the Titans, but the penalties, fumbles, and interception are all still hanging over the Titans’ head. The offensive play was better, and the defense is starting to pick up Dennard Wilson’s desire for takeaways. Special teams still need work, but don’t tell that to Colt Anderson because he might get confused and try to backtrack.

It does appear that this team might actually be starting to click, but I’m not ready to make that leap yet. We need more games with competent play before we start saying that Callahan isn’t as terrible as he looks right now.
