A Sioux Falls man faces charges following an incident in the Empire Mall parking lot. Police say two girls were walking through the lot on Friday evening, when they noticed a man exposing himself.


South Dakotans can view their sample ballot prior to voting. A sample ballot is a version of ballot available to the public that mimics everything that’s going to be on the actual ballot during the South Dakota general election.


Temperatures will likely stay at or above normal the next few days with no signs of cold air from Canada. Areas of showers continue to move across southeastern KELOLAND this morning. It looks like showers will continue to press east, with dry skies expected for much of the region this afternoon.
