SIOUX FALLS S.D. (KELO) — A man was arrested for indecent exposure near the Empire Mall on Friday, according to police.
According to Sioux Falls Police spokesman Sam Clemens, 23-year-old Joshua Cogley from Sioux Falls exposed himself to minors from his car in a parking lot. Two minor girls noticed the man and were able to capture the crime on video.
The girls then called police.
Cogley was arrested on two counts of indecent exposure.
