SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) — A 34-year-old man has been arrested for stealing from a Casey’s gas station on Rice Street shortly after 2 a.m. Friday.
According to police spokesman Sam Clemens, an alarm alerted police and when authorities arrived they found the suspect in the gas station. Police said Seth William Benjamin was stealing lottery tickets and cigarettes.
“He didn’t get away with anything,” Clemens said.
Benjamin faces third-degree burglary charges along with grand theft and drug charges.
