Indianapolis Colts guard Quenton Nelson (56) stops Tennessee Titans defensive tackle Jeffery Simmons (98) from getting to the quarterback during the first quarter their game at Nissan Stadium in Nashville, Tenn., Sunday, Oct. 13, 2024.

This one might be unpopular, but if the team is headed into a full rebuild, Simmons would likely bring the most draft capital in return. Simmons is a dynamic defensive lineman and an outstanding leader, definitely a player that teams can build their defense around. However, with DT T’Vondre Sweat looking like a potential star, the Titans could afford to at least explore the possibility of dealing Simmons. It’s likely he stays, but the front office could get great value by trading him and kickstarting the rebuild process.
